The population of New Brunswick, which is 747 101, would be the market size for the Morrison Cove Trail project (Stats Canada, 2016). The market size would increase throughout high tourism months as well, making the market size even larger. The growth opportunity would be the expansions that are in place, for example the dog park especially, as this is something completely new to the area. The new venue that will be put in place will also be a great growth opportunity because the people of Miramichi and surrounding area are in need of another venue that can hold a large amount of people.
